Self Ruqyah anyone can try.

In Islam, the primary and most effective ruqyah is the one you recite over yourself with sincere reliance upon Allah. You do not need an intermediary or a raqi to begin seeking cure. Authentic Quranic verses, morning and evening Adhkar, and home Sunnah routines are freely available for anyone to practice right now.

What this service is, and what it is not.

An honest account of who is on the other side of this screen, why I offer this, and how we proceed together.

If you or someone in your family is suffering from persistent, unexplained distress—whether in your health, your sleep, your marriage, or your worship—you are likely exhausted, confused, and skeptical. You have every right to be.

The online space surrounding spiritual healing and ruqyah is crowded with unqualified individuals charging large sums of money for things that may or may not work. People are asked for hundreds or thousands of dollars, subjected to questionable rituals, and kept in a perpetual cycle of emotional dependency.

This page exists to offer something entirely different: complete upfront honesty, zero personal financial motive, and a grounded path back to self-reliance through the Quran and Sunnah.

Who I Am & My Boundaries I am a 26-year-old based in Canada. I work a full-time professional day job. In my youth, I had the privilege of spending 10 years learning under traditional teachers back home—studying foundational Islamic texts, Quranic recitation, and how to adjudicate spiritual affliction.

However, I am not a grand scholar, nor is this my profession, nor do I claim any special powers or infallible insight. I offer this service purely as an altruistic community effort outside my working hours. I am here to help triage your situation and provide basic, honest spiritual help.
Important Health & Safety Boundary Spiritual care must never replace licensed medical and psychiatric care. If you or a loved one are experiencing seizures, acute heart symptoms, unmanaged severe depression, hallucinations, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek emergency medical evaluation or contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

How we do things: The four-step process.

Because I balance a demanding day job and want to maintain strict ethical boundaries, every interaction follows a clear, predictable sequence:

  1. § 01

    The Written Description (100% Free)

You fill out the confidential Triage Ledger below, describing your symptoms and medical history in your own words. When time permits in the evenings or weekends, I review it carefully and email you customized self-help resources, Adhkar routines, and my initial observations. I take $0 for this.

  2. § 02

    Empowerment Through Self-Ruqyah

In the overwhelming majority of cases, the most effective ruqyah is the one a believer recites over themselves with sincere reliance upon Allah. You test the recommended 14-day protocol in your own home (prayers on time, morning/evening Adhkar, Surah Al-Baqarah, ruqyah water).

  3. § 03

The Audio Recitation Call ($50 Charity Receipt Required)

If your symptoms persist and you prefer personal intervention, scheduling an audio recitation call is not guaranteed—it depends entirely on the case situation and my availability outside my professional working hours. When an audio session is deemed appropriate and my schedule permits, I will arrange a private audio call. To protect my time and maintain complete financial purity, I do not accept money. Instead, I require proof of a $50 donation made directly to an established Islamic charity (such as Islamic Relief, PCRF, Baitulmaal, or your local mosque) dated within the last 7 days.

Audio calls are standard when scheduled; video calls are only reserved for very rare cases where I need to see their physical responses. All calls are audio-recorded for triage accuracy and mutual safeguarding with your prior written consent.

  4. § 04

The Frank Exit & Dual Referral

If my recitation and advice do not bring relief, I will tell you bluntly. I will not string you along or ask for more calls. I will frankly advise you to seek both a licensed healthcare physician (to investigate physiological roots) and look for a notable, established full-time expert or scholar serving your community in person.

The Foundational Self-Ruqyah Routine

Before waiting for any correspondence, begin following these five pillars immediately:

1. Guard the Five Prayers on Time: The primary spiritual shield is performing Salah without delay and asking for cure in your Sujood.
2. Morning & Evening Adhkar: Recite Ayat al-Kursi and the Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Nas) three times after Fajr and after Asr/Maghrib.
3. Recite Surah Al-Baqarah: The Prophet ﷺ said: "Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, leaving it is a sorrow, and the magicians cannot withstand it." (Muslim).
4. Ruqyah Water & Olive Oil: Recite the protective Surahs over water and olive oil, blowing lightly (Nafth). Drink the water and massage the oil.
5. Sincere Charity (Sadaqah): "Treat your sick with charity." Sincere giving softens the heart and invites divine relief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you require a charity receipt instead of taking payment?
In authentic Islamic tradition, spiritual healing must never be commercialized into high-cost businesses that exploit vulnerable people. Requiring that you donate $50 directly to an established Islamic charity (Islamic Relief, PCRF, Baitulmaal, or a local mosque) proves I have zero financial motive, acts as an intent filter to protect my limited hours, and turns your trial into active Sadaqah—which the Prophet ﷺ described as a direct means of cure ("Treat your sick with charity").
Is scheduling an audio consultation call guaranteed?
No. Scheduling an audio call is not guaranteed. It depends strictly on your case situation (many cases resolve effectively through the written self-ruqyah guidance) and my availability outside my professional working hours.
What if I am facing severe financial hardship and cannot afford $50?
The initial triage review, tailored protocol, and self-help guide are 100% free for everyone. If you truly cannot afford a charity donation for a 1-on-1 recitation call, simply mention this in your description and I will gladly assist you regardless for the sake of Allah.
How quickly will I receive a response to my submission?
Because I work a full-time professional day job outside these hours, replies may take time. When it is possible, I review submissions and will reply to your case as soon as possible. In the meantime, please do not wait—begin following the authentic self-ruqyah guidelines and morning/evening Adhkar in our Reading Room immediately.
Why are audio calls recorded?
Consultations are audio-recorded with your prior consent for two reasons: (1) to enable careful diagnostic review without me taking rushed notes while listening to your symptoms, and (2) to maintain a transparent, unalterable record that protects both you and me from misunderstandings or false claims. Recordings are stored privately on my local machine and are never shared.
What happens if your recitation does not solve my situation?
I will tell you bluntly. I do not make grand claims of special powers. If your symptoms persist, I will recommend that you undergo clinical medical and neurological evaluations to rule out physical causes, and guide you toward notable, established community scholars or full-time practitioners who serve in person.
